About Motts Leather Werx
Hi, my name is Michael and I’ve been making handmade leather goods full time since 2010. I took an hiatus from the trade in 2018 after experiencing a major medical event.
Although I began my life of learning my trade at age 8 with my PawPaw Mott. He kicked off my love for the trade as he owned a roller skating rink and made all his own repairs.
I‘m currently building a new facility and will hopefully be firing on all cylinders by late spring of 2027.
